| Each of my cakes are designed for the individual client's wishes. I have now been making wedding & celebration cakes for over 20 years. After my apprenticeship I continued working in fashionable restaurants and hotels in the West End of London, where royalty and celebreties were the clientele. |

| Trained at Hyde Park Hotel in London. Completed my apprenticeship here, spending the last two years in the patisserie section of the hotel making an assortement of pastries and sweets. |
